Sometimes, you might want to let your clients pick up or return a vehicle outside your business hours. Here's how to do it.

2) you need to set up strict pick up and return times that are outside business hours (this will allow outside business hours pick up or return). Here's how to do it: https://ecalypse.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/13000015708-strict-pick-up-and-strick-return-times


3) set up a fee for outside business hours pick up/return. This fee is applied any time a car is picked up or returned outside Business hours. Note: It is important not to confuse Business hours with Strict pick up/return times!


The fee might be applied both when picking up or returning the car depending on your settings.
